These terms govern your use of this website and any quote request you send through it. They are not the contract for the work itself — that is a separate written agreement, and it takes precedence over anything here.

1. Accepting these terms

By using this website or submitting the quote request form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site — you are welcome to call us instead.

2. What this site is

This website describes the services of Allen's Painting LLC, an industrial and commercial coatings contractor based in Union City, Tennessee. It is informational. Photographs show completed work and are illustrative of what we do, not a promise that your project will look the same — every surface, substrate and building is different.

Any technical material on the site, including the illustrated coating section, is general explanation, not a specification for your floor. Layers, products and preparation vary with the system selected and the conditions on site.

3. Quotes and estimates

Any figure we give before we have walked the property is an estimate based on what you have told us. Coatings work depends on the condition of the existing surface, and that cannot be judged from a description or a photograph. A firm price follows a site assessment.

Please give us accurate information. A quote based on wrong or incomplete details may change once we see the site.

Unless we state otherwise in writing, a quote is valid for 30 days, and prices may change after that with movements in material and labour costs.

4. The work itself

If we go ahead, the job is governed by a separate written agreement — a proposal, contract or work order signed by both of us. That document sets out the scope, the products, the price, the schedule, the payment terms and any warranty. Where it differs from anything on this website, that document controls. Nothing on this site is itself a warranty or guarantee of workmanship.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit false information, or someone else's details without their permission;
• use the form to send advertising, solicitations or spam;
• attempt to interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, or gain access to any part of it you are not meant to reach;
• scrape, copy or republish the site's content or photographs for your own commercial use;
• use the site for any unlawful purpose.

6. Text messages

If you consent on the form, we may send you non-marketing text messages about your quote request, appointment scheduling and job updates. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. How we handle your number is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Content and ownership

The text, photographs, drawings, layout and design of this site belong to Allen's Painting LLC or are used with permission. You may view the site, and print or share a page for your own non-commercial use. You may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without our written permission. The Allen's Painting name and mark are ours.

Anything you send us through the form — a description, a photograph of your floor — stays yours. You give us permission to use it for the purpose of quoting and carrying out the work. We will not publish a photograph of your property as an example of our work without asking you first.

8. Third-party services

The quote form and the chat widget are provided through HighLevel (LeadConnector), and the form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile; the site is hosted on Netlify and loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control. The site also links to our Facebook and Instagram pages, which are governed by those platforms' terms.

9. No warranty on the site

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every detail is current, or that it is free of harmful components. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement in respect of the website.

This section is about the website. It does not limit any warranty we give you in a signed agreement for actual work.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Tennessee law, Allen's Painting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website, and our total liability in connection with the website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Some states do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law allows.

Again, this concerns the website. Liability for work we perform is governed by the signed agreement for that work and by applicable law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about this website will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Obion County, Tennessee, and you agree to that venue. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with the date at the top, is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
