This policy explains what Allen's Painting LLC collects when you use this website or ask us for a quote, why we collect it, who else touches it, and how to reach us about it. It covers this website only.

1. Who we are
Allen's Painting LLC is an industrial and commercial coatings contractor based in Union City, Tennessee. We serve Tennessee, Kentucky, Illinois and the Southeast region, and we quote jobs anywhere in the United States. In this policy, “we,” “us” and “our” mean Allen's Painting LLC.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
Almost everything we hold about you, you typed into our quote request form. That form asks for:
- Your name, phone number and email address — all required, so we can reply.
- Property type — residential, or commercial and industrial.
- Job type and timeline — what you need and when.
- Job site address — optional, so we can find the building and judge travel.
- A description of the job — whatever you choose to tell us.
- How you heard about us, and who referred you if someone did.
- Whether you ticked the box consenting to text messages about your request.
The chat box. The site carries a chat widget. If you open it and type, we receive your messages, along with any name, phone number or email you give us in the conversation, and we keep that conversation so we can answer you and pick the thread back up later. Please do not put anything sensitive in it — it is a sales enquiry channel, not a secure one.
You may also call us. If you do, we keep a note of the conversation and your contact details so we can follow up.
Information collected automatically
This website sets no analytics or advertising trackers of its own. We do not run Google Analytics, a Meta pixel, or any similar tool, and we do not build a profile of your browsing.
Some information is nonetheless collected in the ordinary course of serving a web page:
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records the usual request data — IP address, time, page requested, browser type — to serve the site and guard against abuse.
- Fonts. The page loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details as part of that request.
- Spam protection. The quote form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which inspects the request to tell a person from a bot.
- The chat widget. It loads from HighLevel's servers on every page, so they receive your IP address and browser details whether or not you open it.
3. Why we collect it
We use what you give us to:
- answer your enquiry and prepare a quote;
- arrange and carry out a site assessment;
- schedule work, keep you updated while it is under way, and follow up afterwards;
- keep our own business records, including estimates, invoices and job history;
- meet legal, tax and insurance obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
4. Text messages
If you tick the consent box on the quote form, you agree to receive non-marketing text messages from Allen's Painting LLC about your quote request, appointment scheduling and job updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.
Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase. Opting out of texts does not stop us contacting you by phone or email about a job you have asked us to quote.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The messaging platform described below carries messages on our behalf.
5. Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers. They may process your information only to provide their service to us:
- HighLevel (LeadConnector) — hosts the quote form, the chat widget and our customer records, and sends text messages and email on our behalf. Form submissions and chat conversations go directly to this platform.
- Netlify — hosts this website and keeps the server logs described above.
- Cloudflare — provides the Turnstile spam check on the form.
- Google — serves the typefaces used on the page.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or to our professional advisers — for example an accountant or insurer — where they need it to do their job. If the business is ever sold or reorganised, customer records may transfer as part of it.
6. Cookies and tracking
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and runs no tracker of its own. Three embedded services do store what they need to work: the quote form keeps your entries as you fill it in, the Cloudflare spam check records that you passed it, and the chat widget keeps an identifier so a conversation you start now is still yours if you come back to the page. Your browser settings control what you accept, though blocking these may stop the form or the chat working.
We do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals, because there is no consistent standard for what a website should do with one. Since we do not track you across sites, there is nothing for such a signal to switch off.
7. How long we keep it
We keep quote requests that do not become jobs for 24 months, then delete them.
Where we carry out work, we keep the job record — estimate, contract, invoices and correspondence — for 7 years after the final invoice. That covers our tax, insurance and contractual obligations, and we keep a record longer only while a warranty, dispute or insurance claim is still open.
Text message and chat conversations follow the same periods as the enquiry or job they relate to. When we no longer need a record, we delete it or render it unreadable.
8. Your choices
Whatever state you live in, and whether or not a privacy law requires it of us, you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- give you a copy of it;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- delete it, where we are not required to keep it;
- stop contacting you.
Call us on the number below and say what you want. We may need to confirm who you are before we act, so that we do not hand your information to someone else. We will not treat you differently for asking.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing for you to opt out of on that front.
9. Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection, and the form platform and hosting we use apply their own security controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security — please do not send us sensitive information such as payment card or Social Security numbers through the quote form.
10. Children
This website is meant for adults arranging work on a property. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, call us and we will delete it.
11. Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will make that clear on the page rather than leaving you to spot it.
